This project involved professional roof cleaning, moss removal, gutter clearance, driveway pressure washing, and re-sanding for a residential property in the North East. The roof areas had significant moss build-up which was causing blocked gutters, trapped moisture, and debris falling onto surrounding areas. Using professional roof cleaning methods, the moss was carefully removed and the roof restored safely without unnecessary damage to the tiles. The driveway and entrance areas were then deep cleaned using commercial-grade pressure washing equipment before being fully re-sanded to restore the appearance and stabilise the block paving. The total project value for the combined roof and driveway cleaning works was £950.
