A stunning property getting ready for summer.
We’d previously cleaned the roof here, so this visit was focused on maintenance and prevention rather than restoration. We applied a fresh biocide treatment to keep algae and organic growth under control and maintain the finish long-term — helping avoid a more costly clean further down the line.
The team also carried out a full renovation clean on the large sandstone patio, including:
- Deep surface clean
- Biocide treatment
- Grout touch-ups and finishing work
The difference is already clear, but the biocide will continue working over the coming weeks as the remaining organic staining naturally dies back.
