This commercial exterior maintenance project involved professional roof cleaning, car park wash downs, and timber restoration. work for a pub property in the North East. The goal was to improve the overall appearance of the site, remove moss and organic build-up, and restore outdoor customer areas ready for ongoing public use.
Commercial Roof Cleaning
The roof areas had developed significant moss, algae, and organic contamination over time. Using professional roof cleaning methods, the moss was carefully removed while protecting the tiles and surrounding areas. The project included low-pressure treatment methods and full clean-downs of surrounding surfaces to improve both presentation and long-term maintenance.
Car Park & Outdoor Seating Area Cleaning
As part of the wider exterior maintenance works, the external seating areas and surrounding surfaces were professionally cleaned to remove algae, dirt, and weather staining. The picnic benches were pressure washed before being treated and re-oiled to restore the timber finish and improve durability for ongoing customer use. The surrounding hard surfaces were also washed down to improve the appearance and cleanliness of the overall site.
